- 600 g mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 1⁄2 cup tomato paste
- 28 ounces canned tomatoes, diced
- 900 g pasta, uncooked
directions
- Mix first three ingredients in a large bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Cook pasta, drain.
- Add sauce and cheese mix; stir well.
- Pour into an oven-proof pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
