Italian Marinade

"This is our favorite marinade to use on chicken breasts. I always cook more so we can use the leftover chicken as sandwiches on garlic bread. Makes your chicken moist and the lemon flavor gives it a nice "lift". Cook time is marinade time."

  1. My 8 yo DS thinks this marinade made the best chicken ever! I used it on skinless/boneless chicken breast and grilled lots so I wouldn't have to cook as much this week. These are going to make fabulous chicken salads! So easy too with the ingrediants already in my cupboard. Thanks again.

  2. I used this on chicken wings, our favorite part of the chicken, marinated them overnight and baked them. This is a keeper recipe.

  3. Hi Der, Hey. I used this marinade on sirloin steak to try to get the taste of a Cousin's Cheese Steak Sub. Boy! - did it work! Grilled by The Man, then sliced thin by yours truly with nice juicy tomatoes, your choice of provalone or mozzarella, mayo, shredded lettuce, thin sliced onion...are you drooling? This is a must try on beef! Thanks for helping me out for the taste I wanted - and needed!

  4. I marinated 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts overnight and broiled them tonight. The flavor was wonderful and my family reallly enjoyed them. Thanks for a yummy marinade!

  5. This is essentially the same marinade that's used for grilled fish at most of the restaurants on the Outer Banks (North Carolina). It's outstanding.
