ingredients
- 2 lbs extra lean ground beef
- 3 mild Italian sausage (links, remove casings)
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (you can use regular)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 -3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
- 2⁄3 cup fresh parmesan cheese
directions
- Mix all ingredients up in a bowl thoroughly. Make sure you don't have any clumps from the bread crumbs.
- Spray a loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Pack the meatloaf mixture down in the pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until done.
- Top with marinara and fresh mozzarella cheese and serve.
