Directions

  1. Mix ground beef, sausage and pepper.
  2. Shape into 6 meatballs.
  3. Place in a 2 quart casserole; cover with wax paper.
  4. Microwave at HIGH for 2-3 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring once or twice.
  5. Drain.
  6. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and pepper.
  7. Cover with wax paper.
  8. Reduce to 50% power. Microwave 3-5 minutes, or until flavors blend.
  9. Spoon into hot dog buns.
