  • Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  • In a medium sized bowl, combine both ground meats until well-mixed.
  • Add in eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce and mix well.
  • Add all dry ingredients to meat mixture and mix well.
  • Meanwhile, heat a saucepan on medium-high heat with about a teaspoon of Olive oil.
  • Heat up marinara sauce in a separate large pot, such as a 5-quart Dutch oven.
  • Form meat mixture into golf-ball sized balls and place gently into hot saucepan, watching carefully so as to only brown the outside.
  • Gently drop the browned meatballs into the simmering marinara sauce, cover and turn heat down to medium-low (about 2 or 3).
  • Let simmer for 30-60 minutes.
