  • Place beef and pork into a large bowl.
  • Add garlic, breadcrumbs, Asiago, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour beaten egg over mixture and and then gently mix with your hands until well covered/mixed.
  • Form 1 1/2 in balls by gently rolling in your palms.
  • Lay on cookie sheet.
  • Lightly dust with all-purpose flour.
  • Fry in about 1/4 in of olive oil, gently turning. Brown on all sides.
  • Add to your favorite marinara sauce and simmer for thirty minutes!
