  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Chop onion and garlic.
  • Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Roll into 1-1.5 inch meatballs (turkey doesn't shrink while cooking, beef will shrink slightly).
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
