Meatballs
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1⁄2 lb italian hot sausage
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 full size sleeve saltine crackers (crushed)
- 1⁄2 of a medium sized onion (diced finely)

Sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
directions
- Combine all meatball ingredients.
- Form meatball mixture into 1 inch balls.
- Brown meatballs in skillet.
- Combine and mix sauce ingredients.
- Place meatballs in sauce, and let simmer for a minimum of ½ an hour.
