  • Wipe mushrooms well with damp cloth.
  • Heat vinegar until lukewarm.
  • Put mushrooms in a sterilized glass jar.
  • Add spices, garlic, warm vinegar, & salt & stir thoroughly.
  • Cover jar tightly.
  • Set aside in dry place for 2 days.
