  1. Heat spaghetti sauce in saucepan or microwave until hot.
  2. Whip eggs with salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat butter until melted on medium.
  4. Turn to medium low, and add egg to pan.
  5. Cook 1 minute without disturbing.
  6. Add warmed spaghetti sauce to entire surface, and cheeses and basil to half.
  7. Cook until the egg is no longer runny (about 2 - 3 more minutes).
  8. Fold egg over cheese.
  9. Serve with a toasted bagel or English muffin.
  10. Variations include the addition of sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, Italian seasoning, other herbs, etc. Enjoy!
