  • Place breadcrumbs in a mixing bowl and moisten with 2 tablespoons cold water, add mince, parmesan, parsley, garlic and lemon zest. Season well and mix well. Shape into 4 large flat patties.
  • Heat a pan with low fat cooking spray and cook the patties for 7 mins per side until they have a golden crust and are cooked through.
