Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cube and then boil til just tender.
  2. While still hot, add salt, pepper,garlic, oil and vinegar. Toss gently.
  3. Cut tomatoes, green pepper, and onion into bite size pieces. Add to potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with basil.
  5. Best served warm or room temperature.
