  • cut potatoes into pieces and place in pyrex container.
  • mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
  • bake at 359 until potatoes are tender (about 40 min). Mix a couple of times for even cooking.

  1. Rathen than the water, I used a thin vegetable broth, but otherwise followed the recipe & these potatoes turned out most satisfying!
