Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces of al dente rotini pasta (spiral)
  • 2 cups cooked chopped and cooled broccoli, cauliflower and bell peppers
  • 3 -4 slices salami or 3 -4 slices prosciutto ham, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 -4 slices provolone cheese, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 34 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions

  1. Mix pasta, vegetables, salami and cheese together.
  2. Add desired amount of dressing and black pepper.
  3. Chill and set the table!
