ingredients

1 package hot Italian sausage
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
3 -4 potatoes
1 -2 onion
4 -6 garlic cloves
1 cookie, sheet the real one

directions

get a throw away aluminum roasting pan-big one.
preheat oven to 350.
place roasting pan on the cookie sheet.
slice sausage in 2 inch pieces.
cut potatoes in 2 inch pieces-do not peal.
peel garlic cloves.
add all ingredients in roasting pan and toss.
Cover with aluminum foil and put in preheated oven for about an hour and a half-check potatoes for doneness-should be soft.
remove cover and put back in oven for about 20 minutes.
