Tried this recipe last night for dinner. The flavor was very nice. My husband really liked this. DD and myself found it a bit to spicy for our taste, but that's because we can't handle spicy food. Also had to omit the peppers, my daughter doesn't like them. I will make this again, because hubby liked it so much. Thumbs up!

Delicious!! And very easy to make. This was my first stew and it came out beautifully. Spicy, hearty...soooo good. I used 1.5 cups water and 2 cups beef broth instead of the 3 cups water called for. Next time I will also add sliced mushrooms. I highly recommend this recipe - especially on a cold day.
