Directions

  1. Mix together beef, breadcrumbs, oregano, parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and egg.
  2. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Brown in skillet approximately 2 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. Mix together tomato sauce and italian seasoning.
  5. Pour over patties.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti.
  8. Garnish with parmesan cheese, if desired.
