  1. This is a nice change-of-pace way to make spaghetti! I added a little more garlic because we like it so much. This is so easy to make and so flavorful. Definitely a dish that I will make over and over again. Thank you so much Kannwilson, for sharing this. It's a keeper!!!! :-)

  2. I had left over ham, spaghetti and mushrooms, so googled "ham and spaghetti" and was led to this site. This is a very good recipe. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. The only tweaks I did was to add mushrooms, and 1/2 and 1/2 at the end because others said it was a little dry. It was great! Thanks for the recipe!

  3. Excellent! Loved it. The black olives were a nice touch. 5 stars all the way. Just add butter at the end to keep the noodles moist. Mmmmm.

  4. Loved this recipe, whole family of 5 loved it, maybe just add some milk at the end cause it does dry out quickly!

  5. Quick and easy way to use leftover ham. Most ham dishes similar to this are loaded with cream, or cream soup (which I don't care for) so this recipe is a great find! I added some sliced mushrooms to the skillet with the ham. I also sprinkled additional parmesan cheese to the top when serving. Very good!

  1. Delicious! I used turkey bacon in place of the ham, and EggBeaters egg substitute. Next time, more garlic. Thanks!

I live in Western KS and am a K-5 Librarian. I love to cook! Don't we all? I'm married to a VERY picky eater. For me, cooking is a great way to relax. I love baking the best. Christmas is my favorite time of year because I can make so many yummy goodies. I'd like to make goodies year-round but we definitely don't need it!
