  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, spices.
  3. flatten half of meat mixture in pan.
  4. top with layer of ham.
  5. top ham with provolone.
  6. top provolone with salami.
  7. top salami with mozzarella.
  8. cover with remaining meat mixture and seal edges.
  9. top with tomato sauce.
  10. bake for 1 1/2 hours.
