  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine beef and half-cup of pasta sauce and remaining ingredients except cooking spray into a large bowl. Shape beef mixture into an 8 x 4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush remaining half cup pasta sauce over top of loaf and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

  1. Great meatloaf recipe. It's very, very easy to make and fairly quick.<br/><br/>I didn't have italian style breadcrumbs or the basil tomato sauce, so instead, I added italian seasoning to the regular breadcrumbs I had, and mixed in some more basil in with the tomato sauce I had.<br/><br/>I've made it twice and I'm very happy with the way it turned out.
