  1. This was wonderful! It's so full of vegetables and tasty Italian herbs, and the final product has a full, robust flavor palate to it. I loved everything about this dish. It was easy to make, too (and that's always a + in my book). Thank you for sharing your recipe, Lavender Lynn. We all loved it!

  2. This was a wonderful combination of textures and flavors that went together so well! Only Italian beans in my local store were canned, but they were just fine! I confess, I added some sliced up red pepper and garlic chicken sausages to the veggies then served over some white rice. Sooo good!

  3. Great vegetable dish! I sliced the zucchini on the thin side and hubby actually ate a few. Used diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano and cut back on the italian seasoning for our taste buds. Added kalamata olives since they are my favorites. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour 2019 - Italy.

  4. What a flavorful and easy vegetable medley! I made this exactly as posted (except I couldn't find the Italian-cut green beans and had to use regular cut). I will definitely be making this again. Made for Culinary Quest 2014.

  5. Made for ZWT #7 and the great team Witchin Kitchen and glad I did. This is a beautiful and tasty vegetable dish. I really like the ease of using frozen green beans and I found diced, Italian style canned tomatoes, so preparation was a snap! Thanks for posting.
