  • 12 potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 carrot, slice into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons miso
  • 1 teaspoon dashi powder

Directions

  1. In a small soup pan, add water, dashi powder, potato, carrot and onion.
  2. Bring it to a boil and cook until vegetables are softened. Add miso gradually by stirring with chopsticks.
  3. Serve hot.
