- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn oil
- 2 cups cake flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Stir in one ingredient at a time. Sounds silly, but it is very important!
- Bake for 40 minutes.

First brownies in Israel! As-is, I was immediately suspicious that these wouldn't have enough chocolate. Checking with similar recipes, I bumped the cocoa up almost to half a cup, which was just right. Everything else, I kept the same. Probably baked hotter than directed (using a toaster oven which is very imprecise), just until the top crust had "set" (about 20 minutes) and then it was perfectly done and just a little gooey inside. Yum!
