ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1⁄2 red pepper
- 6 green onions
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Drain and rinse black beans.
- Seed and chop all peppers.
- cut green onions into small pieces.
- chop cilantro.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Let sit several hours to blend flavors.
- Enjoy on chips!
