  • In a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
  • Drain the mandarins and add to the bowl.
  • In a smaller bowl mix together the mayo, whey-low and vinegar.
  • Pour the dressing onto the vegetables.
  • Stir gently just to spread the dressing around.
  • Refrigerate and serve.
