  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 ounces slivered almonds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon-sugar mixture (one part cinnamon, two parts sugar)

Directions

  1. Mix apples and cinnamon-sugar, until apples are covered with the mixture, in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, and mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in almonds.
  4. Top on crackers (Ritz or graham) if desired. Enjoy!
