Jalapeno Bean Dip - Your Way --

"If you prefer more heat use the whole packet of taco seasoning. For less heat substitute shredded cheddar cheese for the jalapeno-monterey jack cheese. Serve either as a side dish, or an appetizer with tortilla chips for dipping."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the 15 ounce can of refried beans, half of the taco seasoning, green onions, jalapeno peppers and cream cheese.
  • Pour into a greased 9x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with the shredded jalapeno=monterey jack cheese.
  • Bake 350 degrees, 30 minuites, until hot and bubbling.
  • Serves 4-6 as a sidedish or 10 as an appetizeer.
