Ingredients Nutrition

  • 453.59 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 jar Hormel dried beef (accept no substitutes)
  • 1-4 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 236.59 ml chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese in medium bowl to come to room temperature.
  2. Finely chop dried beef.
  3. Add to cream cheese.
  4. Depending on taste, add chopped jalapeno.
  5. Blend all ingredients until well incorporated.
  6. Form into a ball.
  7. Roll in pecans.
  8. Note: The longer it sets the hotter it gets.
