Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray an 8x11 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place cheeses in prepared dish.
  3. Top with chopped peppers.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over the cheese and peppers.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and cut into squares.
