Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Turn half of batter into pan: cover evenly with half of cheese, then peppers, then remaining cheese.
  5. Top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake 60 minutes.
  7. Let cool 15 minutes, cut into squares and serve.
