Jalapeno Ginger Chicken Wings

Ingredients Nutrition
- 1 1⁄2 lbs chicken wings, drumettes preferred
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings.
- In a bowl whisk remaining ingredients together. Place chicken wings in a bowl and pour jalapeno mixture over the top. Seal bag and shake to coat.
- Place chicken wings in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve.
