  1. Stir water, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar until sugar is disolved.
  2. Add lemon rounds to mixture.
  3. With sharp knife, poke 5-10 holes in whole jalapeno and add to lemonade.
  4. Put in fridge to chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice.
