- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
directions
- 1.Blend together mayonnaise, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- 2. cut and remove seeds from all jalapeno peppers. Then chop fine or blend in a food processer. Add peppers to the large bowl. Blend mixture again 1min.
- 3. Pour mixture into an oven dish and bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
- NOTE - Best to serve with cut up and toasted french baguette.
- - short on time skip the oven and heat in microwave on high, about 3 minutes.
