ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lime juice
- 1⁄4 cup scallion, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine marinade ingredients together.
- Mix well.
- makes enough marinade for 2 lbs of chicken.
- Pour over your chicken in a resealable bag.save some for squeeze bottle.easy basting while cooking.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
