  • Mince the garlic and pepper (you don't want big pieces of pepper or garlic) note: To control the heat, you can certainly remove the seeds from the pepper and discard.
  • Heat garlic, oil, salt and habanero peppers, you may also add allspice if you like.
  • Add shrimps and paprika to the mixture and stir often .
  • Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add vinegar and continue to stir & cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm or cold.
