- 1 cup sugar
- 2⁄3 cup cornstarch
- 1⁄2 cup cocoa
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 cups milk
directions
- In a pan, mix all dry ingredients well.
- Put over medium heat and add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thick.
- Add lump of butter and stir.
- Serve.
