  1. Excellent! even with Tropicana orange juice - I didn't have fresh oranges, but next time I want to try it with fresh juice!

  2. Wonderful entry and great use of the contest ingredients! This toddy is perfect! I used cognac (as I was out of brandy) and was not disappointed in the least bit that I had to use a more expensive ingredient. DH is at the liquor store right now and just phone me to ask what he needed to pick up as he wants another one tonight. LOL. Thanks Chef! RSC11

  3. What a delicious toddy. I wasn't feeling well and decided to try this recipe. I am so pleased that I did. I loved the addition of cloves, honey & lime. This toddy has a robust flavour. The brandy makes it sparkle. Great use of contest ingredients. Good Luck

  4. WOW this has a kick!!! This was a wonderful beverage to enjoy this past week when the weather has been anything but pleasent. The blood orange juice made this a little bitter, so next time I may add more honey. But over all a great drink!

  5. This was way too strong for me! Although if you really liked brandy I am sure this would warm you up quickly. Made for RSC #11
