¹⁄₂ cup water

¹⁄₄ teaspoon salt

directions

I tried this after discussing the Japanese shrimp sauce on the recipe request board. I suggested a few that I found on 'zaar, and then decided to try a couple myself. This one is definately a keeper, and the most 'authentic' of those I tasted. I'll be making this often. I enjoy dipping steamed carrots it it or using it as a salad dressing.
