ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
¹⁄₂ cup ice water
1 cup applesauce
1 cup apple, peeled and diced

directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in ice water; chill until thickened. Fold in applesauce and apples; spoon into 4 dessert dishes. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
