1 (85 g) package gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups vanilla ice cream

directions

Dissolve 1 pkg (85g) Jell-O Jelly Powder in 1 cup of boiling water; cool to room temperature.
Stir in 2 cups of vanilla ice cream.
Pour into individual dessert dishes, chill until set.

I made this for Christmas Eve Dinner, with a few additions I used parfait glasses, layering lime jello/ice-cream mix. a thin layer of plain lime jello, a layer of cherry/ice-cream mix, a thin layer of plain cherry jello, and top it off with dream whip and green sprinkles. It was very festive looking.
