Directions

  1. Saute diced onion in 1 tbs oil in large soup pot until soft.
  2. Cut up canned potatoes into chunks or peel fresh potatoes and cut into chunks.
  3. Add potatoes, cans of soup, heavy cream, broth and potatoes to soup pot.
  4. Heat to an almost boil then simmer until potatoes (if raw) are soft.
  5. Season to taste.
