Jennifer's Deviled Eggs

"My girlfriend Ramona taught me how to make these years ago when I was first learning to cook. I did not like deviled eggs but she told me it is a party staple. Now I am not allowed to have people over or go anywhere without these eggs. I even like them. The bacon and the grease are the trick! I do not recommend bacon bits, but they will do in a pinch."

For years, not being the artistic or handy type, I decided I needed a hobby and nothing struck my fancy. It finally dawned on me that my joy of cooking, learning new recipes and feeding a crowd is my way of relaxing. I have become obsessed over my new hobby and am having a blast experimenting with all the neat gadgets and learning about food. The interesting thing about me is that I am from the North, but I cook completely South, to the deteriment of my physique. YUMMMY.
