  • Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Stir in flour until dissolved.
  • Gradually stir in milk.
  • Cook gravy until thick and bubbly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot over biscuits. (I use Mary B's Buttermilk Biscuits from the freezer section.).

  1. Very good...DH gobbled it right down this morning served on his hasbrowns. I did cut the recipe down for the two of us and used a good dose of black pepper. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
