"This is a rub that I use on almost all kinda of meats. Even though it says in the title that it is a rib rub, it is also great on beef, chicken and turkey."

6 tablespoons garlic powder
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper

Combime all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. This recipe makes 14 ounces, so you can store any leftover in an airtight spice jar to make sure that the brown sugar doesn't clump.
