  1. Put all first 12 ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  3. Leave marinade on your choice of meat over night.
  4. Bake or Grill your meat.
  5. To make Jerk Sauce - Mix all the Jerk Marinade ingredients together with tomato paste & Pineapple Juice cooled.
  6. Blend until all ingredients are smooth.
  7. Put finished product into a pan and simmer for 10 - 15 minute.
