ingredients
- 14.79 ml allspice berry
- 1.23 ml nutmeg, pieces (crack whole nutmeg with a hammer)
- 4.92 ml black peppercorns
- 9.85 ml dried thyme
- 4.92 ml cayenne (to taste)
- 14.79 ml paprika
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 14.79 ml salt
- 9.85 ml minced garlic
- 9.85 ml minced ginger
directions
- put allspice, nutmeg, peppercorns and thyme in a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
- mix in remaining ingredients and use immediatly.
- to use later omit garlic and ginger and store in a tightly covered container, add garlic and ginger just before using.
