  1. Peel shrimp, set aside.
  2. Thinly sliced onions and green peppers.
  3. In sauté pan, melt butter and add onions and green peppers. Sprinkle with jerk seasoning.
  4. Sauté till translucent. Add shrimp and sauté till done.
  5. Great with or without rice.
