"This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't cooked any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier."

  • Cut bacon slices in two. Fry until partially cooked, but not crisp. Remove from pan. Saute onion and parsley in drippings until light brown. Season with 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt. Spread in 8 inch pie pan. Beat eggs slightly with cream. Season with 1 teaspoons seasoned salt, 1 teaspoons salt and black pepper.
  • Pour over onions, sprinkle with cheese. Arrange bacon slices on top; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350* oven 15 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.
