  • Mix apples & juice. Set aside.
  • Combine starch & sugar in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Gradually add water & mix until smooth.
  • Stir in honey until mixture thickens & is clear.
  • Cool.
  • Add apple & nuts to cooled sauce.
  • Chill.
  • Just before serving, stir in wine.
