- 2 lbs lean hamburger
- 24 saltine crackers
- 2 eggs
- 1 small onion
directions
- dice onion.
- crush up saltines into small pieces (fine).
- mix them all together and put in pan.
- spread ketchup on top (optional).
- bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
